björk is an icelandic singer/songwriter known for her eclectic and eccentric music style as well as for her idiosyncratic vocals. björk has remained a large influence on pop culture. often pushing the boundaries of genre itself and for using vocal games to express her voice. her lower register, while not as often used is soft and warm, and her singing in the mid-fifth octave to mid-sixth octave is powerful and effortless. she has also employed more whistle-like tones in the seventh and even eighth octaves. björk is a singular voice and composer and will forever be known as one.
